April has been another very busy month with a number of new UK and International customers signing up for smartsm and also more customers going LIVE with the product.

A series of meetings have taken place this month across the Republic of Ireland and we are delighted to announce that we have signed up our first two Irish customers.

Continuing with news on international developments, collectionHQ has been extremely well received in North America and we are delighted to welcome more new customers on board within weeks of our launch. Please see our company news section for more information on these exciting developments.

We are also pleased to announce that we will be running a 45 minute workshop "Making the most of your book fund" at the 2010 Welsh Libraries, Archives and Museums Conference in Llandrindod Wells in May. We look forward to seeing and meeting up with lots of our Welsh prospects again!

There is still space available on our seminar, which we are running in conjunction with Talis on the 21st May. For anyone that hasn't yet signed up to smartsm, this is a great opportunity to learn about the solution and discuss the benefits of this in a greater level of detail. To request further details please drop us an email

This is a major milestone for smartsm as we look to expand the usage of this powerful solution outside of the UK, where uptake has been phenomenal. Our work in Ireland and the US, demonstrates the uniqueness of smartsm and the enormous value that it delivers to library services across the globe.
