Our success over the past 18 months has established our smartsmTM toolset as the tool of choice for librarians to measure and improve their stock performance allowing them to make informed decisions based on evidence. As we grow we seeking to strengthen our Commercial team and have the following exciting opportunities available to join our dynamic and talented team.

Account Managers x2 (Ref BL/AM/14)

  • Our relationships with our customers are paramount to us. Taking their views and opinions very seriously, we aim for excellence in all areas of our customer interaction.
  • Our Account Managers work very closely with our customers and listen intently to their feedback, issues and questions about our products and services.
  • With a rapidly growing client list, we are acutley aware that we do not want to dilute the attention that we are giving to existing clients.
  • We would like to hear from star performers who have got what it takes to build and maintain amazing relationships with our customers, and develop those relationships into valuable partnerships. Working closely with them, helping get the most out of the EBSM methodology and helping us to continually refine the smartsm toolset.
  • Business Development x2 (Ref BL/BD/15)

  • Much of our potential audience has yet to experience the smartsm toolset and see the potential that EBSM has to deliver serious results within their organisation.
  • We now want to talk to people whose commercial experience will allow us to engage with this audience, open a dialogue and win new business within our 2 key customer groupings - UK Public Authority Libraries and UK Academic Libraries
  • We would like to hear from you if you feel you have got what it takes to build fresh, long term profitable customer relationships within either domain. We believe this can only be done by taking the time to properly understand a customer's issues and solve their problems in a consultative manner by given them access to a proven methodology and world leading tools.
