smartsm™ gets even smarter ... New version 1.6 released

The following features have been added in version 1.6.

  • - Collection Code is now mapped to the Holding Record rather than the Bib Record, this fix will fully come into effect after processing of the next dataset.
  • - Last Use Date added as a sort option to Deadstock List Reports
  • - Cumulative Use added as a sort option to Grubbystock List Report

    smartsm™ gets smarter ... New version 1.5 released

    As part of ongoing product enhancement Bridgeall libraries has now released version 1.5 of smartsm, the only Evidence Based Stock Management solution.

    Bridgeall smartsm Version 1.5 is available now and contains the following new functionality.

  • - Stock Target parameters can be set at each collection code level
  • - Major enhancement introduced to allow grouping of categories to enable analysis at hierarchy level such as "all non book media"
  • - User defined class range for specific Dewey range analysis for inter library transfers.(evidence based transfer)
  • - Visibility of stock record creation dates for holdings and the ability to run fiction reports on various levels of the collection hierarchy

    South Lanarkshire select smartsm

    Bridgeall Libraries are delighted to announce that South Lanarkshire Council has subscribed to the smartsm service which will support enhancement of their service provision to their users. Library staff will benefit from using an innovative system offering easy access to the stock management information they need.
