smartsm News

June has been another very busy month with a number of new UK and International customers signing up for smartsm and also more customers going LIVE with the product.

Thank you to everyone who attended our Roadshow event in Warwick on the 9th June, which was the final leg of the 2010 seminar series. Each event has been extremely well attended and we have been delighted to meet up with many prospects and existing smartsm clients. Now all of the hard work starts to organise the next set of events for 2011!

Thanks also to those of you who took the time to visit our stand at the Society of Chief Librarians Conference in Warwick on the 10th June, which we were delighted to sponsor again this year.

June has been another incredible month for collectionHQ in North America. We now have 11 high profile public library services subscribed to the product within 10 weeks of our launch and a strong pipeline of requests for web demos.

In late May we hosted a lunchtime event at Book Expo America in New York which was well received and gave us the opportunity to introduce the product to a handpicked audience of innovative public libraries.

We have a similar event planned for ALA Conference in Washington DC later in June where we will be hosting a breakfast session during the conference giving people an overview of both the EBSM methodology and the collectionHQ toolset.

Our UK Implementation Team has been busy in the month of June with 2 new library services now LIVE with smartsm.

North East Lincolnshire and Hartlepool are now LIVE with smartsm and beginning the process of implementing the EBSM methodology across their library services.
