This advanced 2 day training course explores Evidence Based Stock Management (EBSM) in depth, and is designed for Library Professionals who are about to start the Journey to EBSM stock performance excellence.
The course has been specifically tailored to give delegates the comprehensive and detailed EBSM understanding needed to fully implement EBSM across their own library service and also, if appropriate, to deliver a 'train the trainer' programme to their colleagues.

- Evaluating your stock placement campaigns
- Promoting your popular material using data you already have
- How to build an accurate supplier specification
- The importance of monitoring relative receipt ratios against orders

At the end of the course, delegates will be fully trained in all of the key aspects of EBSM, and will have the knowledge needed to fully implement the EBSM methodology across their library service.
